In seven years I think am working within the public administration, in some ministery of the State, I hope so, or maybe this working in private world. But I'd like to not only stay with the title of Public Administrator, I also like being able to study to anthropology or the history, to complement my skills and abilities and why not teach in University of Chile the future public administrators.
For me no matter where I work, I care where I can feel more comfortable, either Public or Private sector. With respect a to work in Santiago or a province, I prefer work in Santiago, because in Santiago is where I as a future public administrator I find the best job prospects, to let me stability in the future.
On the other hand would be my dream job consist in supple working hours, an time not so long, becuase in the time the job starts to become routine I not like be part of ordinary people, which is molded into the routine of work, and makes his life a bore. I hate to be part of the routine that brings closure the full development of people.
I also like that my work would located very close to my house, because to so could sleep to more in the mornings, and I do not want running to get to work.
With respect to my expectations about my future income, I would like receive just what my work done can give, but that the money received can meet the need for development of all my personal items, because for that you study for the future, for have higher incomes and so have a better quality of life.

Gender and the state
Do you think that public policies tend to benefit men and women equally?
Within the past governments this issue of equality between the genders has been important for the authorities and therefore have different public policies and implemented policies to resolve this issue, where the woman is the primary victim.
But I think the public policies implemented have been effective but I think still missing for gender equality...
Are there similar opportunities for both, men and women, to take part in the decision-taking processes that will result in public policies?
Has always been said that if they had similar income opportunities by government authorities, but in practice we can see that despite having men and women among its members, has continued the trend that has been through time, where men are privileged for the occupation of different jobs...
Do you find that we are making progress towards reaching more egalitarian access to labour, health and education?
Yes, I think we are clearly moving towards a more egalitarian access either at work, education and health. In education and health is there is a more fair and equal access, whether in access to public or private education, higher education, as access to public health and private, but change is in the work where there is work to do in the future in relation to this matter...
How do you thik that your future career might contribute to this?
If my future jobs is for me the assignment of personnel, in my selection criteria will always have gender equality in the selection of staff will have priority, as both have the same capabilities to engage in any activities in their respective positions charges designate them...

A words letters
Do you consider self a good reader?
Yes, I think I am a good reader, because to a lot books that I have in my house and because from little boy always to a like read.
If so, what do you enjoy reading?
The type of reading that I enjoy reading corresponds to the time of the nineteenth century European realism, books like "Crime and Punishment", "The Brothers Kamarasov", "The Idiot Prince", "The Tomb of the Living" and "The Player" of Davor Dostoievski, "War and Peace" of Leon Tolstoi. On the other hand I like the philosophy more specifically I like read Frederich Nietzsche and philosophers of anarchist thought to as Joseph Pierre Proudhon, Mijail Bakunin, Errico Malatesta, Lysander Spooner, Piotr Kropotkin among many others...
What are you reading at present? Give a summary of its content
The last thing I've been reading is the "Twilight of the Idols" of the Nietzsche, where tells that all ideals created by the mens, as in the case of morality, fall by their own decadence, dragging the value of the subject as essence...
Is there a book you remember in a special way? Why? Summarise it is possible.
The book I most remember is "So Speak Zaratustra" of Nietzsche and is a book that left me speechless, in where tells about "eternal return", "superman","will to power"
main ideas of Nietzsche.
In your opinion, will books disappear because of internet. Some people think in the future we will only read in a digital format, and that paper books will on longer exist. Agree or disagree with this?
I disagree books that disappear due to internet, because the paper book provides an essence that digital books can not deliver.
Finally, what could the state do to promote reading more among the young, especially?
lower the price of books, to make them more accessible to all sectors of society...
